    Dr. Tru Tran is awesome. Today was my daughter's first visit at Blue Fish and it was a good experience. I completed the application and got an appointment fast. There was hardly a wait. Much better than going to an urgent care. I plan return with other girls as their PCP. Kudos to the receptionist, PCA and the doc. Theres also a pharmacist (Bonnie) on the first floor with amazing staff.
    Pros: clean waiting and exam room (well and sick side), great customer service, organic lollipops lol and samples/coupons on your way out

    Love Dr. Pak. Super clean office. We are happy here and I’m pretty picky with my Doctors!

    The person who picks up the phone for appointments is very unfriendly and unkind!! I thought it’s a pediatric office, you’re supposed to be nice so when a mother calls freaking out about her baby is sick, you don’t make her feel stupid and ask with a tone in your voice “flu with cough? flu with fever? Or just the flu!??”

    Update:
    I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars bec it’s a good pediatric’s office and Dr Pak is very nice.

    Very friendly and great office. Dr Tran is so kind and great with my kids. Always leave the office with all questions answered. My kids love her.

    Excellent office and staff! Very accommodating and kind. Dr. Pak is amazing and always answers all of my questions. She is super sweet an reassuring and I completely trust her judgement. I’m glad I found a pediatrician that truly cares about my kids and their wellness. I also love that they get seen quickly and I don’t have to wait forever to be seen! Excellent customer service overall.
