Dr. Sandoval is wonderful. She answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained what was going on with my foot. The staff at the office is also very attentive and helpful.
Dr Sandoval definitely deserves a 5 star rate I recently had a small procedure done on my first same day appointment Dr Mary made me feel so comfortable from the begining and the staff also after explaining thoroughly to me what would happen an the numming process shot I received I felt very very little pain none whatsoever she talked to me so down to earth which made my procedure seem like I was getting a pedicure that's how good she was I highly recommend her an the staff at Total Foot Care Specialist for anyone needing feet care she is the lady to go to Thank You Total Foot Care Specialist...
Heather thank you for reaching out and being willing to receive feedback. I was seen 2 weeks ago for pain in my heels. I have been suffering with this pain for over 2 years and have had very little success finding relief.
The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming upon my entering the office, there was zero wait time. After x rays I was taken to an exam room where again almost zero wait time til the dr came in. I was very impressed with his care and concern. He gave me ALL of my options and together we decided on a plan that we both hoped would solve the problem. I was happy that someone finally heard me! I follow up with him again tomorrow to see how the progress of healing is going. I look forward to seeing how well things are and continuing with the therapy that is best suited for me. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this office as I felt like my concerns were address and I was properly cared for.
