(January 20, 2019, 10:27 am)We have visit this location a few times, I have 3 kids. I have always had a good experience, despite one of my kids being hurt or sick. The checking in process is easy and quick, the wait time is very reasonable. They provide plenty of things to keep kids entertained. They have cartoons, toys, and snacks for the children. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's no fun when your child is sick but it is very reassuring to have an urgent care center close by who is great at what they do! We've never had any issues with anything and definitely recommend it!!!!

My waiting time is reasonable, even my last visit I waited a bit longer but the front desk kindly told me My son would be seen shortly and he was. The staff is very professional and the nurse practitioner and I believe it was a doctor he saw the first time were AMAZING. They seriously love what they do. Very respectful and kind staff. I highly recommend them!
