  I'm a little perplexed by the negative reviews regarding customer service. Patty was always pleasant to me, and helpful with a billing problem along with a prorated rate for moving out 3 days after full payment would ordinarily be expected. Once I moved out, I even got a "thank-you" letter for giving Community my business. Facilities are quite new and very clean. Climate controlled units are kept very cool! Hey, we all have our good and bad days. Be open minded to that fact.
