  As loyal AT&T customers, when we needed new phones, we went to our neighborhood AT&T Store in July, 2018. This AT&T store is located at 8931 Fry Road, Suite 100 in Cypress, Texas. We were greeted immediately by the store manager Jaqwesha Carr. With her knowledge, professional attitude and patience
  with us, we were able to walk out of the store with our two new phones. Because of Jaqwesha Carr, we returned to this store in February, 2019 to purchase an IPad. In March, 2019 we returned to this AT&T Store to set up DirectTV because we knew Jaqwesha Carr would guide us through this process.
  As you can see, we are indeed loyal AT& T customers. Betsy and Randy Hughes

  Extreme thanks to Jaqwesha Carr (Manager store) and team; even we are not direct customers of AT&T but the issue was through a re-seller on AT&T network, Jaqwesha worked with us several hours with different support teams to get our phone unlocked and the problem resolved. Apple, Bestbuy, H2O wireless were unwilling / unable to help, this store took the time and effort to help us out, great job! Best support I got in a long time!

  Jaqwesha at this location goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best promos. Not only for your cell but ask about your other ATT services. Her customer service is top notch. Very refreshing to encounter such great service in today’s busy environment.

  I just love the energy of this particular location. It is always clean, the staff is always eager to help, & despite the area needing a new tower for better service the staff does everything in their power to try a fix.

  The staff here is amazing! No long waits, very patient and informative! Besides the coverage in the area being very poor they manage to try every option of a fix anyway!
