I have been a patient of doctor Lofton for about 1 1/2 to 2 years. In reeading the reviews I do understand some of the concerns and have experienced some of the same things over the years. But it has never been an ongoing issue with the doctors staff. It has gotten better and I want to say honestly that her staff has no reflection on her. Nothing to make me say forget this..She has the best bed side manner and down to earth personality ever. Always making you feel comfortable and honest to a fault. I couldn't ask for a better OBGYN. Thank you Dr. Lofton
I love her she is an amazing obgyn, very sweet and very knowledgeable. Her bedside manners are amazing! She is a very easy going doctor she always listen to your concerns and answer as much questions as you have! You will never feel rush she always make sure you know exactly what is going on and she make sure you feel comfortable about everything!!
Loved my patient / doctor experience with my Dr. Lofton. She made me feel confident and comfortable with my pregnancy and delivery in 2016. The after hours/nurse line was very helpful. The staff was very nice. I would of gave 5 stars BUT I had some issues with the administrative/ billing part...the issues were resolved but very inconvenient.
