  i Came on a very busy day , and I was trying to purchase some shoes with the 50percent off . When I came in I was greeted by a young lady name Janae and Taz, they both explain to me the promotion and told me if I needed any help they would be glad to help me. Once I left from getting a Emerson cross body, I went to shoe salon to try on size 5 1/2 or 6 . The customer service in the shoes salon was a lot different from the front. They had a young lady that was being very demanding and rude to people . I didn’t get her name but a lot of customers felt she was being to harsh about not having size. I grabbed a shoe , and begin to ask the lady for a shoe size. She said okay i’ll Check for you . I seen one of the people from the back come and tell her they didn’t have the shoe, but the associate didn’t deliver the message to me because she was to busy moving back and forward talking in different languages. So I stood by the back mirror waiting for someone to come from the back . I had the pleasure of meeting one young lady, from the back . Her name was some kind of gem or crystal but I can’t really think of it completely. She was so nice and sweet. I asked her for help , she told me nicely she will re check for me but it’s a lady and a man in the shoe salon ready to assist me. By taking my name and shoe size. I explained to her I had been waiting now about 20 mins. She changed no words , she took paper of her own wrote my name down , and told me give me one second . One second is all it took , she didn’t have my size but she definitely brought me something better , that I didn’t see on the floor. A mini miller in black instead of the Jolie thong in black . I told her thank you and she replied with my pleasure and sorry about the wait. I told her you gave me the best customer service ever . Once I getting ready to check out , I tried to put her name under the sale but it was explained to me back of house associates don’t receive sales and would I like to give the sale to someone Elise. Which is a little unfair , because yes I was greeted in the front but the only person that helped me completely was the young lady in the back . But I gave it to Janae for just laughing and talking to me . Before I headed to the shoe salon. Great customer service from some , but one apply can ruin the good ones.

  I was met with outstanding customer service today which was such a breath of fresh air! The store was crazy busy with a million customers, however, The manager TJ was sooooo attentive! He stopped to answer all of my questions at least three times during this VERY busy sale in the store. Not once did I feel rushed or dismissed. I appreciate this type of customer service that he displayed today! kudos to you and your team!!!!
