I went to an orthopedic surgeon to be evaluated after dealing with a numb, heavy foot and calf for over a week (walking was difficult). An MRI showed a disc bulge/herniation at L5/S1. I was prescribed several medications (too many to count) and physical therapy; all covered by insurance. After realizing that I was getting worse from the PT and doctors advice, I contacted Movement Evolution at the recommendation of my coach. At this point, my entire left leg was buzzing and tingling almost constantly. My left calf had atrophied and was weak. The bottom of my left foot was numb and I was often zapped in my toes depending on what I was doing (laying a certain way, walking too much). The zapping and tingling moved into my right foot with my toes being the main target. I wasn’t very mobile, wasn’t driving, not working nor doing my normal day to day activities. After my first session with Movement Evolution, the numbness in my left foot was gone. Now after 5 sessions, I’m back in the gym, driving, and doing all of my normal day to day activities.

At Movement Evolution everyone is treated as unique. All workouts, stretches, mobility exercises were tailored specifically for me with my injury. They listen to everything you say and curate treatment accordingly. There is no cookie cutter program. Put all your trust in the process 100% , you won’t regret it.

I have had the very best experience with Dr. Sara at Movement Evolution. Through the rehab process for my low back injury, she has worn the hats of PT and counselor, and I could not be more thankful for her caring and knowledgeable approach. The way the PTs here take such a multi-faceted approach to rehab is incredibly unique and amazing! We have worked on identifying faulty movement patterns, as well as core/hip stability, hip mobility, pelvic floor strength, weightlifting technique, and it has all been SO good. Everything in the gym is easier now, after the work I’ve put in with Dr. Sara. When I needed confidence to push my recovery forward, she was there to drop her initial plan for my session and get me under the barbell, to encourage me and show me that I was capable. I truly could go on forever!

My experience at movement evolution was the best I’ve ever had with any sort of physical trainer or coach. I had Dr. Sara for my whole journey and she was beyond amazing!! I first went there with a torn ligament in my foot from competitive cheerleading, and then just a few months later my foot felt good as new. Dr. Sara always made me feel comfortable while also challenging me to become the athlete I didn’t even know I could become. I ended this experience stronger than I ever was before, and i will always be thankful for Dr. Sara and movement evolution as a whole!!

I had surgery on my right knee for a medial meniscus root tear repair and also had a micro-fracture done. I had to be non weight bearing for 6 weeks using crutches while my knee healed. This took a toll on my leg and it lost a ton of its muscle.
I was attending the traditional physical therapy in a hospital’s medical building. There I felt like they were use to catering to an older clientele. I am over 40, but still active and I didn’t feel like I was making progress like I should.
I brought my concerns to my orthopedic surgeon and he recommended that I try PT at Movement Evolution. My doctor told me that Dr. Adeeb also works with the Houston Texans and my doctor has received a lot of positive feedback from his younger athletes. So I decided to give it a try…
I have been attending PT at Movement Evolution weekly since January and have made huge improvements in my strength! Dr. Adeeb pushes me, but in a positive way that I have been needing to be able to get stronger and be pain free. He works solely with you for that full hour and every minute is utilized. You will feel like you got in a great physical therapy session and your money’s worth! I highly recommend you also give Movement Evolution a try!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an incredible physical therapist, Dr. Brown, who helped me rehab a new shoulder injury while addressing other underlying issues that had gone unnoticed. Her expert guidance and personalized treatment plan not only sped up my recovery but got me back into tip top shape in no time!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the state-of-the-art facilities and the wide array of equipment available for use. Dr. Brown made the exercises fun and challenging while still being mindful of my limitations, and made sure to constantly monitor my progress to adjust accordingly. Her expertise and attention to detail was evident in every session, and I felt confident that I was in good hands throughout the entire process.

I appreciated how she took the time to understand my needs and tailor the treatment plan to my specific situation. She also provided me with the tools and knowledge to continue my exercises and self-care at home, which has been invaluable in maintaining my progress and preventing future injuries.
Overall, I highly recommend Movement Evolution for anyone in need of expert guidance and a supportive, enjoyable environment. Thank you for everything!
