(December 18, 2018, 4:17 pm)Nice quiet neighborhood to live in; low crime rate. The new manager (Amanda) has made quite a few improvements in the past few months. This includes new Fitness Center equipment, pool resurfacing, replacing some of the security lights on the buildings with LED lights that are brighter and last longer, re-striping the parking lots and repairing the hoses and faucets at the Car Care Center. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to maintenance items. 9/18/18 update: Amanda has now moved on to another Steadfast Living property, so now we have a new manager. The complex has changed to a new pest control company, although I think they pretty much use the same chemicals as the previous one. Pest control appears to be on an "on demand" basis, meaning they only come when a tenant calls the office and requests the service.

If we ever had something go wrong she would always insure it was fixed! She is the go to person in the office! Her and the maintenance team are awesome! She is the one we always go to if we every need anything because we know she have it done right! Thank you Ensetta!

(September 18, 2018, 9:53 pm)From the moment I walked into the office I knew I was going to become a resident! The Assistant Manager Miss Vinsetta Simmons was professional and welcoming. She immediately made me feel like I was a valued guest and took the time to warmly greet me and provided an engaging tour of the units!
The units were clean and recently renovated, the community was quiet and laid back, the pool was clean and well cared for, and best of all the other residents were welcoming.
The proximity to Hamilton Elementary school is also a huge benefit if you have young children, and Carrington Park has a school bus pick-up/drop-off right at the front gate for them.
Overall, I am incredibly impressed and am excited to be a resident in this wonderful community!
