  Great customer service. LC Oliver did a wonderful job for us. Hubby, daughter, son & I talked things out and she wasn't over eager to just sell us what we didn't want/need. She was patient & listened. Also they have great variety in their furniture. We got exactly what we wanted. We will be back, for sure!!

  Let me start off by saying Roderick Jackson at the Cypress Location is AMAZING! He was patient and professional as I was confused to what living room set I wanted to purchase. Roderick’s customer service is unmatched!!! The facility was clean and well organized; all staff that I encountered was extremely helpful! Great environment and furniture! I will definitely Return for my future sets!

  My wife and I were greeted by Lidia and we had an amazing experience with her. She was super friendly and made our experience quick and easy for us! I recommend going with her, I will definitely be coming back and work with her next time I buy furniture. There is a lot of furniture to choose from with good quality and good prices and discounts.

  Visited Exclusive Furniture Cypress location last night for the first time. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and acknowledged by sales rep Yvonne A. who new exactly what questions to ask and took us right away to look at kids bed collections. She made the visit very personable and clearly had the knowledge we needed to make a buying decision. Yvonne was warm and inviting and shared her personal experience and made us feel right at home as if she was part of our family. Because of this experience, we will always consider Exclusive Furniture as the first place to shop for furniture in the future. GREAT JOB YVONNE!

  Greg Taylor is a phenomenal salesman. He truly is dedicated to his career & customers. He will go above & beyond to assure that you’re getting what you want discuss several options in detail. Highly recommend him & this location. This location has a variety of styles and choices as well. I will not be looking elsewhere. -Evelyn & Daniel-
