  Dr. Qureshi, is a great Doctor he takes his time and listens to all my concerns. Office staff are very friendly as well. Most excellent service, had concerns about medicine, Dr Quershi called me himself to see how I am doing. You don't see that often, cannot even say enough about this practice. Absolutely amazing.

  Dr. Qureshi was great! He was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. I came to his office extremely sick, but he promptly got me back on track to feeling better! His office staff were nice and professional as well. Highly recommended!

  Beautiful new clinic close to home, very accessible and easy appointment making process. Great experience. Very good physician. Would highly recommend and I will continue to come. Thanks for being here to take care of my family.

  Had an excellent experience at Creekside Family Practice! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment! Dr. Qureshi took his time and was very professional. I will definitely be back! Definitely highly recommend.

  Wonderful office !! Very professional and have recommend this practice to everyone that has asked about needing a doctor. He is patient and kind and very understanding . You dont get that from many doctors these days. Staff is just as awesome and professional.
