  This is the first thing I have stuck with and remained excited about each day. The gym is family friendly, the people are always encouraging and welcoming, and the coaches are amazing!!!

  Great atmosphere, great coaches, great work our partners, great box overall. Before Strong Body I had never been to Crossfit so wasn’t sure what to expect. I was an active gym goer, but the more traditional kind. After getting bored with that routine, I signed up for Strong Body. It only took a few workouts to get hooked. Now, more than a year later, I honestly don’t think I could ever go back to what I was doing before. They’ve worked with me as a newbie to get technique while building a solid base. Push yourself and make friends while doing it!
