(September 16, 2021, 4:30 pm)The team Texas Giant came out to a full AC install, they were here from 9 AM to 4PM, they took their time, paid attention to every little detail and then fully explained to me the capabilities of the new system versus the old. Everything was great.

(September 15, 2021, 12:06 pm)I called Mike when my home AC could not reach thermostat set point, and had an 8 degree differential. I have a little baby and the house was reading 85.
They came within the hour, were exceptionally kind and easy to work with and they did the most honorable job detecting the issue and problem solving. The solution was rather easy, as my condenser needed cleaning.
Within minutes, we had cool air and a happy baby again.
Recommending them to every home owner I know. -

In this Houston heat, that can feel like an eternity! I received same day service and the technicians worked very well together. They were knowledgeable and very efficient. I have used Texas Giant in the past and will rely on them in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended!
