I met with Kevin before the job to discuss materials, the installation details, expectations for the quality of the work to be done, handling of extra work and the work schedule. He patiently addressed all my topics and was thoroughly professional. The 9 man crew was courteous and competent and the work was completed in 2 days. The English speaking foreman was pleasant and talked with me at appropriate times during the job, a real plus. The worksite was kept clean during the job, and a clean up round was also made at the end of each day. Kevin followed up after the job was done to insure I was happy with the work. These folks did a great job for me.”

“A summer wind storm knocked off the top of a tree in my yard, resulting in three hand-sized punctures in my roof. I got a verbal recommendation to try out Cypress Custom Roofing. I also contacted another well rated roofing company. Cypress Custom was very responsive. We discussed the damage verbally over the phone and they were able to help me understand ballpark cost. Two days later, they were at my door ready to inspect and get to work. They had actually driven by my house the day before so they could arrive prepared with the correct color replacement shingles. Two hours later, my roof was fixed and for a very fair price. Looks great. The other roofing company did get back to me too...it would 4-6 weeks before they could inspect and provide an estimate. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.”

“I've have had many contractors come to our house for different estimates for various projects. We had our windows done by one company and then had siding down by Deskins Group. The pricing was great, the quality of work excellent and the crews were nice, always smiling (usually but the heat in Houston can melt that away). Shaun and Jesse were quick to respond to concerns and even corrected some of the installation of our windows. I wished we had them do the windows as well but lesson learned. Our next project with this team will be our roof.”
