  Beautiful facility, no wait time and a very welcoming vibe. I would definitely recommend this ER to everyone!!! Location is perfect, it definitely beats driving to a hospital or urgent care facility with a million other people in front of you. Thanks Community health 1st for making sure I wasn't dying ???? and a special thanks to Kim at the front desk, she's awesome!!!

  All of the staff were very professional yet warm and friendly. They took very good care of me. I needed stitches and this was the perfect, convenient option verses having to sit for hours in a hospital ER. I did not have to wait AT ALL, they took me in immediately. I was in and out in a little over an hour. The facility was pristine. Hopefully I won’t have any more emergencies, but if so, this is where I’ll go.

  This facility was great. No wait time. We checked in and went straight back to a very clean room. The nurse came right in and made my son very comfortable. When it was time to do blood work etc, she walked him through it and he didn't even cry. They came and took him for a scan and made him feel very special. The doctor was informative as well as friendly.

  Overall an excellent experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I got starting with the beautiful state of the art facility. I received a warm welcome while checking in and the Patient Care Coordinator was very thorough and transparent while reviewing the registration paperwork with me. The tech was very friendly while she took my vitals and the nurse was nice. Dr. Fitzgerald is awesome. She is caring and her utmost concern is your comfort. She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The dedication to the needs of those in their care is beyond reproach. I highly recommend Community Health 1st Emergency Room.
