Santex Building Company

We had a complete sewage blockage in line in front yard due to tree root. Which meant no flushing toilets and running showers. Of course this happened on Saturday. First called ARS since not sure cause of blockage. ARS found blockage but could not clear line since tree root was too large. We contacted Santex since my sister had used them for a couple of remodel projects. With Javier's (owner) on help on Saturday was able to get a plumber to come out on Sunday with a cutter that cleared thr blockage.

The entire team at Santex Building Company is very knowledgeable and professional. Javier and Chris have a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies. We were very nervous since the first offer from the insurance company was so low, and we were not sure how we were going to make all the repairs needed. However, after Santex went to work on preparing the proper documentation and backup for their scope of work to the insurance company. I authorized them to contact the insurance company, and the insurance company tried to use stall tactics. Santex stood its ground, and they were very quick to respond to the demands of the insurance company and their re-inspections. They made our insurance claim painless. Thank you for helping us through the insurance repair process. The project that was delivered by Santex Building Company was amazing and they delivered top-of-the-line craftsmanship. We had two remodels done with Santex. Our primary bathroom, secondary bathroom and half bath.we were very pleased with the quality of work, infact our primary bathroom looked like something you would find in a high end hotel.
