    MANAGEMENT; give the guy and girl that we’re working February 20th night a raise. They did an amazing job. It was my first time trying nitrogen ice cream and they went above and beyond to explain the process to me. Also, they immediately after every single ice cream they made cleaned the whole ice cream bar area. A+!!

    On top of that the ice cream is delicious. Yum! I would definitely make sure to stop in when I come visit this side of town.

    Sub-Zero nitrogen is a different kind of ice cream shop. We tried it today for the first time and it was great. You watch them make your ice cream while you wait, they make it using nitrogen. It puts on an interesting show they have many flavors and it was very good. I took two of my grandsons and they both loved it. The only problem with it is, unless you know where to look it can be hard to find. It is in a strip center beside the H-E-B grocery gas station.

    I love this place. I had the Chocolate Conduction and it was awesome. I can't wait to go back. FYI Emily is the best. She was so helpful I told her I am allergic to coconut so she offered to go get my mix-ins from the back and that is what I call great customer service. Putting your customer needs first. Thanks Emily.
