Their prices are reasonable, considering that they have experienced, licensed, professional technicians and use top quality equipment and components. They recently did a very difficult and complex replacement of the 17-year-old HVAC unit in my condo and the work was perfect. In fact their installation was so good, that another company had to come in and look at our new unit to learn how Fairmont did some of the complicated parts of the installation! Recommended.

Will come out in the winter to make sure heater is good as well!!! Pricing came in much better then other companies we called. Highly recommend this company!!!!!! We had a fantastic experience!
