  When it comes to professional, friendly customer service Ron Carter Cadillac is the place to go. My wife purchased at CT6 in July 2018, I fell in love with the way we were treated from the beginning my salesman Keith Brown AKA: The Cadillac Man, did not pressure, hassle or harass us while she made her choice. I enjoyed her car so much, we purchased a 2019 Escalade. Keith got together with his manager Stuart and made an offer we could not refuse. Then Angela Davis showed me how to operate my features, she was awesome. All together a great experience, this staff and Ron Carter Cadillac deserves 5 stars and I will purchase from Keith Brown over and over. Great job guys!

  I Love Love Love Ron Carter Clear Lake Cadillac
  Hyundai!!!! Wow they are Very busy and Everyone is intelligent and helpful!! I had been searching for a vehicle!! Found a vehicle that I just Loved on the internet! And finally, I arrived here!! I appreciate the positive energy from the emails and phone calls from Ron Carter in Clear Lake throughout my searching, Fabulous!
  Step 1– Greeted by Lovely Ladies with Smiles that Welcome me into Ron Carter Clear Lake!!
  Clean, friendly, busy and professional environment !!
  Step 2— Met with Jose Suarez, Used Cars Internet Manager! Jose is phenomenal in everything you need to purchase a vehicle!!! Questions, he has the answers!! I enjoy Jose positive and thorough approach throughout our transaction!! Very professional indeed!!
  Jose has a special talent in selling vehicles and I love his rhythm!! Smart and simple!!

  Best service I have ever received on ALL levels from Ron Carter Cadillac!! It all started with my salesperson Gabriel. I love how he spent the time with us to make sure we found the car we loved!!! June with finance was also so helpful too. She made sure we got the best financing!!

  I recently leased a car with Ron Carter Cadillac. It was by far one of the best experiences that I have had. After having a bad experience with a Cadillac Dealership on the north side of town, I spoke with Mark Mauricio. He was AMAZING. I told him some of my frustrations and within moments he gave me an offer that I could not refuse. He actually listened to what I wanted. The visit was all about me! It was a breath of fresh air. The deal that he offered saved me thousands compared to what the "other" dealership did. To top it off. I had to head back to work, he let my husband take the car and he brought the paperwork for me to sign at my job; 40+ miles away. Although they are far from those of us that live on the north side of Houston. I can tell you, that it is worth the drive. Thank you again Mark for just listening and putting me the customer first!!! I'll be back.
