  Came in today for a navigation system issue and I must say the service advisor was excellent. Very friendly and customer focused. Management if you read this, please know Mathew is doing a wonderful job.

  My service here at this location is always exceptional. From the time you drive up to the service entrance for initial check-in til you walk around to the Cashier window for final payment, the Customer Service is 100% superb. My Service Advisor, Crystal Connelly kept me informed of my repairs and estimated costs through text messaging and an automated website. Technology is amazing. I have been coming to Lexus of Clear Lake for service since 2004 and I have never been disappointed. I highly advise this location for all your service needs.

  Mark was my service advisor and he was helpful in communicating with me and provided excellent customer service. Everyone there treats you like a VIP. Thanks to the new sales associate, Eugene for showing me some of the new models and explaining in detail the features of the vehicles, while I waited for my vehicle to get serviced. Great customer service all around.

  I went in for an emergency tire repair & a much needed oil change. David took care of everything & constantly kept me posted on the status of my Lexus. I was running late to pick up my car & he even stayed late to wait for me. The customer service at this dealership has always been exceptional!

  I bought a new car from LEXUS Clear Lake two years ago, and the level of customer service provided by Alex was the best that I had experienced. When I was first shopping around for a vehicle, I went to another Lexus dealership, and they were very unprofessional. (They tried to sell me a used, older model, when I specifically asked for a new model.)
  At Lexus Clear Lake, the employees and car sales people were very professional with me throughout the entire process. They never pressured me to get something that I didn't want. Rather, they took the time to show me the different models and features with their vehicles.
  Specifically, Alex took the time to listen to the type, color, and model of vehicle that I wanted. Even though it was evening and nearing closing time, Alex did not rush me through my decision to purchase the car. Furthermore, Alex did not pressure me into buying a vehicle that I was not interested in.
  After purchasing the vehicle, Alex took the time to give me an orientation as to how to operate the different functions of and capabilities of my vehicle.
  In the last two years I have returned to the dealership for scheduled oil changes and maintenance check-ups. My car is still perfect, and the warranty with it provides me peace of mind that it will stay in great shape for years to come.
  The Service Department makes it easy to schedule an oil change or maintenance check up, to get an inspection, or even a complimentary car wash. They also make it convenient to request a loaner vehicle if necessary. They have multiple, comfortable waiting areas including a computer lab with nice computers, a quiet waiting area to read, and another area to watch TV or read magazines. The waiting area has a variety of complimentary coffees, water, juices, pastries, fruit, and chips.
  I'm happy to have purchased my vehicle, and especially from Lexus Clear Lake.
  I highly recommend this location to others, especially considering the value of everything that you get, their professionalism, and their level of customer service.
