  Highpoint Insurance Group is where I have worked just shy of three months, but it was not just accepting a "job", but also a family. A culture I researched before even interviewing and then seeing it firsthand during the hiring process and now as an employee. Never have I worked in a company where the leadership team leads not only by example, but also strives to have each employee know exactly what is going on at all times, and feeling relevant to the success of the company.
  
  The effect is not just felt by the employees but also the clients - each whom are given more respect and care than I have seen in my over 20 years in the insurance industry - working on the agency side and carrier side, I have seen it all, and Highpoint definitely has incorporated the do unto others and as you would have done unto you approach, ensuring each customer feels like a part of the family as well. All employees go through rigorous training not just at the beginning of their careers here, but it is a constant state of development and that is something people can put their faith into - this industry is always changing and each situation is different, so to have all employees understand and recognize that its not just "sealing the deal" and letting the insurance take care of the rest that matters. You will not be disappointed in how you are respected, welcomed with open arms to the office, and treated with dignity for the pride and joy you call your business or home.   Working with Highpoint for10 years come this August has been AMAZING! Our owners pour more then just good work ethics into us as employees. They truly understand that work life and home life have to both be in sync to truly be productive. it is refreshing to have leadership that cares about us a people.

  Highpoint Insurance Group is the most amazing company to work for! I truly feel blessed to have found such a great group of people. I have worked here for almost 5 years and we have grown so much together as an agency and as a family. The culture here is INCREDIBLE!! The leadership POURS into the staff and honestly cares about how we feel and really wants to see us succeed. I have never been apart of a company that is so invested in me.
