  I really appreciate the Team work between the Lansdowne-Moody on east freeway and the Hockley location. I needed a 50hp Tractor and trailer immediately. So i called my dealer William at Lansdowne-Moody on East Freeway- They didn't have one available so John in the Rental department called over to speak to Chuck at the Hockley location. Chuck had one available and the two stores coordinated with each other and while I was on the road to Hockley from Conroe, they had the equipment ready for me. I was pretty excited about the trailer, tractor and brushog I needed. Tate the salesman got my paperwork set up and helped me chain that tractor down on the trailer to make sure I know how to do that. I really thank Lansdowne-Moody as a company for providing team work amongst the stores to help a customer out.

  Update to my previous review that did not go as well as expected. I must say that LM does take pride in their name, reputation and brand. Within 24 hours of the post I left I was contacted by one of district managers directly in an effort to discover exactly what went wrong and offer a sincere apology for the negative experience. All to often this type customer service and pride does not exist in today’s consumer market. For that reason I had no reservations about giving LM another opportunity to win my business. The experience was top notch and I truly must acknowledge the individual efforts of Jason Collins, Chuck Richardson and Cal Booth.
  Through all levels of the organization and all the stages of the transaction it was professional, honest and fair. The pick up of the tractor was smooth and Cal provided a thorough orientation on the new L3901, which I am extremely happy with. I will absolutely continue to do business with the LM and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for the parts, products and services they offer.
  
  Disappointing visit. I have been researching Kubota along with 2 other of the leading brands / manufacturers and had decided to finally give Kubota a good look in person since I am ready to purchase a tractor. I showed up at the Hockley location on a Friday around 3:30PM and stopped off at the tractors on my right as you drive in just to take look in person and see what models they had. I was pleased to see they had an above average selection and even had the 2 models I was considering for purchase. I was expecting to have a representative come out for an introduction and engage in typical Q&A session. That was not the case, I figured they were all busy inside so I decided I would just look a little longer then go in, which I did. Unfortunately the pattern continued, I walked over to the brochure wall and picked up a few pieces of literature and continued to look around. After overhearing the profanity laced ruckus that went on between a couple of employees behind me I made my way around one more time to see if anybody was interested in approaching a potential customer that at the time was well over 75% likely to make a purchase from a local dealership. Sadly, this simply was not the case. Fortunately there are other dealers. The search continues.
