  I’m completely satisfied with the services, the team is very knowledgeable and friendly. There was not surprised on the cost and the pickup was on time without hiccup and the delivery earlier that the planned with my consent. I’m not looking forward to use them again only because I hate to move, but whenever I would have to move again they will be the first company that I will called.

  The Best Customer Service from start to finish.
  
  We were moving from Houston, TX to Ohio and the customer service from everyone at A-1Freeman Group was perfect!
  
  Starting with my call to their office and very helpful answers to my questions from the front desk, I set up an appointment with Greg Rupert, National Acct. Manager. He was very thorough in explaining the process and I was confident with their expertise.
  Deborah Ware was the Customer Care contact and she checked back with us frequently to make sure all our concerns and questions were covered. Her service was perfect and she took the worry out of moving over 1,000 miles.
  The packers were Ricardo Sr. and Ricardo, Jr. and they worked fast and took care with the packing.
  
  The moving team was Todd, Miguel, Andrew and Miguel and they all were careful with our furniture and all the containers.
  We had their North American Vehicle Transport haul one of our cars and we worked with Bobbi McVea, Customer Service and Jeph, Driver.
  Every person was very efficient and highly skilled with customer service -important to us.
  When the moving truck reached our house in Ohio, ...Claudio, Ken and Henry carefully unloaded the truck.
  
  The whole process from assessing the contents / monitoring the timetable / packing / loading / transporting and unloading at the final destination was impressive and everyone took a lot of pride in their job. Each group was specialized and highly trained.
  I highly recommend A-1 Freeman Group of North American Van Lines and will call them again when making a future relocation move. They certainly deserve 5 stars!

  The two gentlemen that delivered our things were great. They took their time; placed pieces where I asked them too, laid down runners to keep the floors clean.....could not have asked for better service.
