  Family friendly place with top notch southern breakfast. The portions are massive, the coffee is hot and the atmosphere is friendly. We’ll worth a visit.

  Birthday brunch was delicious and amazing. Good music and great vibes from staff. Visiting again soon!!

  I live very close to this restaurant and it has quickly become a favorite spot for breakfast/brunch. The food is well made, and the woman who runs the front of the house is so nice and eager to help.
  
  The boudin balls, shrimp and grits, and holy Trinity breakfast are top tier meals, and the waffles are cooked perfectly every time.
  
  The only menu item I haven't loved was the hash browns as they are cooked in the shape of a hockey puck for appearance, but they don't always get cooked through every time.
  
  If you are looking for delectable Cajun breakfast and brunch foods with stellar service, you NEED to eat at Esther's!

  First of all this restaurant deserves 6 stars! Don’t let the location deter you. The flavor of the food will cause your taste buds to explode! We were looking for an authentic Cajun brunch and stumbled upon Ester’s. I must admit upon driving up we didn’t know what to expect. Once entering the restaurant this cozy spot did not disappoint. It is tastefully decorated, extremely clean with prompt friendly service. The menu has a huge variety of southern comfort selections which made it hard for us to decide. We started with mimosas and then ordered the shrimp and crawfish etouffee omelette, blackened shrimp and grits, French toast, seasoned potatoes and eggs. ALL WAS AMAZING!! No need to add salt or pepper as everything is perfectly seasoned. This place caliber of food is off the charts and could easily compete with ANY 5-star food establishment in the city’s Galleria area. All of this flavor came at price friendly prices. Also, the portions are so generous we had enough to save for a late lunch. We have definitely found a new place to frequent.
