  So let me in form you on when you are going to the doctor or to see the doctor you make sure you pack your patience and make sure you have a good attitude I have been going here lets just say a very long time and yes I seen some very ugly staff in the pharmacy area but as for as the receptionist they are always kind to me I love it because they know my name and all That makes me know tjat they care I have enough since to know when something don't. Look right are not talking right to not stay there like I said go somewhere else if you don't like the service
  And stop judging maybe it's thw way you approach them make sure your attacks and attitudes are in check Oh and I have the best doctors and nurses

  My first time coming here I was treated with courtesy and pointed in the right direction. There are some comments here about staff being unprofessional and rude. That was not my experience at all. On my very first visit, I was a little turned around but got to where I needed to be. The people at the registration desk were very helpful. When I had to go back to wait for my doctor appointment, the people at the station I went to were nice. The wait wasn't too bad. It was about an hour or so from start to finish. Now I will say that the wait at the Pharmacy can be confusing if you don't know what is going on. You have to check in and wait a little over an hour. You have to wait for your name to appear on a screen for when the order is ready and then go take a ticket to pick it up. If you have to come back for when the prescription is ready, call ahead and make sure it is or just wait to go up to the window to make sure it is ready, and then take a number. You have to be proactive. On my second visit I went to get bloodwork. While waiting, there was a woman there who had been there for an hour or so she said, and some people that came in went in before her. She addressed this with the staff who were courteous to her and understanding, checking to see what happened. This is the kind of customer service I like to see. Yes you may have to wait a while but I found the facilities to be clean to wait in. No one was rude to me. I enjoyed the two times I have come here and look forward to coming again.
  
  I found parking to not be an issue. I have come by in the morning just to pick up some paperwork and found plenty of spots. Someone else said they were skeptical because of the neighborhood but I wouldn't be. Acres Home is a lower income area, but there is nothing to be afraid of going there during broad daylight. Come on people. Lol.

  I'm pleasantly surprised how much this location has changed. I felt safe I was somewhat reluctant to come considering the neighborhood.The staff was ever so helpful and informative in explaining the process.They even provided a map to help along the way being my first time there. Doctor S. Mitra was very patient, listening to my concerns and addressed each one. I thought I would be here a couple of hours but I was in and out within a hour an 10 minutes. I definitely would recommend this place.
