  Love love love this park! Always clean, tons of space, multiple areas to grill and picnic and bathrooms too. Its huge! They even have soccer fields and baseball fields on one side with some animal exhibit for the kiddos.

  Very nice large park with many things to do including various soccer fields, track and tennis courts. A few playgrounds and enough benches. Always nice as long as the day is.

  Great place just make sure you do not leave valuables in your car, at this park unless you want them to disappear. Do not enter the park before 7AM and after 10PM as you run the risk of a large ticket even if the gates are still open.
  The most important thing to know when coming here is to DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE.
  
  IF YOU DO PEOPLE WILL BREAK INTO YOUR VEHICLE, and FIND WHERE YOU HID THEM.
  
  DON'T BE STUPID AND THINK IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU.
  
  IT'S NOT IF......IT'S A MATTER OF WHEN. And if you have left stuff in your vehicle, and nothing has happened yet. Then you have been very fortunate.
  
  ** The park is only as safe as you make it. Don't be a victim.
  
  Don't bring cash,credit cards, social security cards,or anything you don't want to disappear.
  
  PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS and you should be fine.
  
  AGAIN if you FAIL TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE and your vehicle gets broken into, don't look for a Pity party for your own stupidity.
  
  For Christ sake it's Houston people and not the best surrounding area of town.

  Great places to picnic and there's even a small zoo for little ones. Lots of trees and wooded areas. Quite dog friendly too. Everything is free. Plenty of trails and parking too. Soccer fields could really use some big improvements. Traffic is pretty bad inside the park during soccer events.

  This is a huge park with so many activities to do. I rented pavilion #1 for my son's birthday party and I also rented 2 inflatables. Kids really enjoyed the party. There is a toddler park nearby and even though it was 98F out there, we didn't feel the heat because the area is quite shaded. The pavilion experiences lot of breeze so that was a life saver in the month of August. It's a great place to host your parties.
