Ive been with this company for at least 3 or 4 months now and its been working perfect with us i love everything about it.my alarm went off 3 time on accident for opening my front door and the police was already calling me to be sure everything was ok.the 1st time we didnt answere and they were already at my front door .i love how we can see everything on my phone while im away ,i can alarm my home with only a click of a button so its perfect.
The reason why i gave 4 stars was because how they made 2 of the holes in my wall like they just stapped it and i ask him why didnt they make a more better cycle hole and he said will it wasnt me it must of been the other worker but it still wasnt fixed .all he said was its ok u wont see it after we put the cap on it.but im ganna know how it looks now that i seen it . i just paid 250k for my home and to see u doing that its like a slap in the face ........other then that the alarm is good and luna the customer service lady is the best she always calls me back with prices or other info so i give her 10 stars ????thank u for reading
I had previously provided a bad review on this company because of their inattentiveness to make things right. However, I am happy to say that the owner Oscar Mendez has bent over backwards to earn my trust and my patronage once again. Before you call the Big Boys in the security business like ADT, Brinks, etc. give these guys a call, they'll bend over backwards to earn your business too.
