  When a place only has one item on the menu, it's always a great sign. It means that the restaurant has perfected this one item and it's so good that it can sustain the whole restaurant, and that is definitely the case here. Okay, they also serve eggrolls and drinks that are also pretty great, but you didn't come here for that. The bun bo hue is the main course and it is crazy flavorful and crazy good. The thing about noodle soups is that sometimes it's hard to put your finger on what makes it great, but having had bun bo hue all over the city growing up in Houston, this is most definitely one of the best I've had.
  
  Duc Chuong is comparable and is tasty in their own right, but Two Bowls is just a notch higher on my list. For those of you who don't know, Duc Chuong is the other spot in town that serves only bun bo hue, and I believe they actually did it first in Houston. Go give both a try and decide for yourself, you can't go wrong either way!

  Two Bowls was delicious! Normally, seeing a sleek modern decor means compromised authenticity and flavor, but this was not the case here. This is the closest to homemade bun bo hue that I have eaten in Houston, and having a clean restaurant to eat in means that you get the best of both worlds! High recommend!!

  For anyone looking to try some really good spicy Vietnamese noodles, this place is where it's at! They have egg rolls as an appetizer, and, of course, the main dash--bun bo hue! I've been here only two times, and i never really write reviews, but it's just that good.

  It’s good, clean place and nice atmosphere. Bowl are big, the small is still to big. Maybe add a kids size bowl.
