Waters at Westchase

I have lived here for two years, and this place is AWESOME! The staff is great, friendly, overall amazing. They are willing to work with you, they are prompt with everything. They throw all kinds of great events for the residents, and holidays.

My wife and I stopped by today to check the place out for future residence. A leasing agent gave me and us a tour while making us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back when we are ready to move.

Management has always been quick to respond to requests. The community is kept clean. Overall I'm pleased with my living situation here.

The maintenance team are a good group of guys. I have had nothing but positive experiences when interacting with them. The entire staff is very professional. I plan on renewing my lease here.

My partner and I had been apartment searching for a few weeks. We had narrowed it down to this property and one other. However, the customer service we received when we toured the community won us over! The leasing staff is awesome which made the choice that much easier. It’s a nice, clean, quiet property with very friendly tenants and management! Any issues we’ve ever had were resolved very quickly. We are extremely happy with our choice.
