(March 21, 2019, 11:30 am)I’ve really enjoyed being here. Super friendly people and management and maintenance is super friendly and reliable. It’s a quiet place and it’s extremely safe. Christina and Clarissa are super friendly and accommodating and really good at getting things taken care of. It’s a great place for a good price.

(March 11, 2019, 12:36 pm)Moving in was so easy, staff so helpful and polite. After moving in things have been smooth here. The complex is super quite and peaceful, clean , and other residents have been nice, the grounds are always clean.

(March 9, 2019, 11:43 am)Me my wife and 2 kids been here since December and haven't regretted it.. This place is always gated and secure.. I feel safe in there with my kids great place to raise your kids.. You can have your own designated parking.. But to me most of all its the office staff (MANAGEMENT) Omg the manager Kristina and her leasing consultant Clarissa are the best... They welcome you with a smile and always open to your concerns and suggestions...they're always on point with maintenance and do whatever they say they will do.. Overall this place is top notch when it comes to apartments.. I would recommend this living place to anyone..

She is incredibly considerate, and truly cares about the residents. Because its a smaller complex, she knows everyone by name and goes out if her way to check in.

(October 19, 2018, 10:29 pm)I have been staying here for almost a year and I love every minute of it. Any issues I have are handled in a timely manor thanks to the Christina and the management team. The apartment complex is in a convenient area, close enough to Downtown, the galleria, sugarland, and Katy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet! I honesty love living here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and safe place to live!
