  Samuel was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He helped my get my photos and contacts through Google. His performance gets five stars, but I rated a 4 because I am not happy with how the insurance claim process works. My phone was in mint condition, less the charging port not working. Deductible was $100 with a 3+ day waiting period. I called repair shops and got quotes 50 to 65 dollars, but again, a waiting period. Ended up buying a new phone because I did not have one currently working, and what adult with kids can wait that long without a phone. No point in having the insurance.

  Probably one of the best Metro by T Mobile store experiences that I have had. My sales rep Samuel, not only did he call around to the nearby stores for the phone I wanted that they had out of stock and drove to pick it up for me; He hooked me up with the VIP plan, so I get 20% off the $60 plan ($48 a month). If you ask your sales rep about it nicely,you might get the hook up too. Thank me later.

  Best Customer service I've experienced in a long time. The current manager, Samuel, was attentive and a great active listener. Helped resolved my issues to the best of his ability.
