I was transferring over from Sprint/TMobile... there was a lot of trouble with the set up... he was patient with us, figured out what was going on with our transfer, stayed over an hour past closing time to help us out. There were a few things left undone, because he was having trouble with the ports, so he gave me a direct number to reach him and was willing to continue helping us the following morning (all AT&T services had already closed). We figured it out and got the systems working. I texted him late and he even answered. We left in good spirits, with new phones, and receiving the customer service we were missing and lacking from our other provider. Made us happy to have switched over.
