VA Medical Center: Dermatology

Best Dermatologist ever! She didn't hesitate to cut out every odd-looking blemish and growth I had. Sent it all off for biopsies and let me know that none of my growths were cancerous - I guess those growths were extensions of my ugliness ????? DeBakey has treated me excellently. I also got a heart monitor at their cardiology department and it took about twenty minutes from the moment I got there to the moment I left. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a stellar experience here and I highly recommend them if you have a bum ticker...or, if you are just ugly like me and need some of that ugliness whittled off of ya.

Care for veterans that can't be gotten at local clinic. Bi yearly review of skin and cancer removal by competent residents. Compassionate and skilled. This clinic has fast service compared to the other clinics. Parking is improving somewhat. The travel reimbursement line is still long however. App time was right after lunch on a Monday.

Thankful for a tentative, friendly, and caring staff of professionals. All over the hospital you are not invisible to the staff and politely recognized by them and the many volunteers.
