(November 5, 2018, 10:33 pm)The parking at the hotel is free, but there was only one entrance to the parking lot open the evening and morning we were there. The lobby was nice and clean and the staff was very kind, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of large drawers if we wanted to unpack our bags and there was extra space to spread out without feeling cramped. The one thing that was really lacking was the toilet/shower closet. It was placed at a strange angle off of the detached sink area which made it a little cramped. Along with the lowered ceiling and the single, underpowered light fixture it felt a little like I was at a high end campsite rather than a Holiday Inn. Other than this very minor inconvenience I would give this hotel a 4.5 star rating, but since I can only rate with full stars I'll have to go with a 4. I would most definitely stay here again!

(October 7, 2018, 1:59 pm)Been here twice. It is the closest hotel to the arena. IF management opens the gate so you can cut through a parking lot to the arena, then it's worth it. If not, you are definitely walking along side everyone else in the nearby hotels that might be cheaper. But I LOVE Holiday Inn bedding so I don't mind. The suite's are the BEST. Its nothing but suites for me for now on.

(August 25, 2018, 1:15 am)A friend of ours stays here every time he has to go to M. D. Anderson. I had to have back surgery and our friend suggested Holiday Inn. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service at the front desk and the restaurant. Every one has been so nice. The shuttle bus service is great and all are so friendly. Our room is nice. The bed is harder than ours at home but still nice. They clean the room daily and do a very good job. I have read the reviews and was a little nervous about staying here but these people complaining must complain about everything every day. We have been very satisfied with our week stay. You will be too.
