What I appreciate most about Dr. Hoang's office is the environment and the care shown by her entire staff. The office and the restrooms are always neat and clean. The front office staff is friendly, professional and thorough. My husband and I have been patients for over 3 years now. The staff knows us by name when we arrive now. The nurses & medical assistance aren't as friendly but they are always professional and thorough. Dr. Hoang is thorough during her examinations and allows me to ask lots of questions to improve my health. I've never felt like she was rushing me to get to the next customer/patient. Most importantly she isn't a pill pusher. She gives me tips for lifestyle adjustments.
