When I first got there she already had the hair prepped so that made the process a lot faster very clean following COVID-19 guidelines so I felt safe She’s a real peoples person & very genuine and I will be back!! I received soooo many compliments on my hair and the style lasted me a long time Being I barely wrap my hair at night this style looked fresh for a long time.

I’ve sat in a lot of Braider’s chairs and never have I ever been amazed with the work and the time frame. Toya is very thorough with her guidelines and I was glad to see her still taking Covid precautions. Can I say it was absolutely nice to be in a clean environment and a professional one as well. I kept saying, “I can’t believe you’re this far up” and “I can’t believe you finished so fast!” We talked about customers versus clients and I am officially FOREVER a client!!!! I’ve never had a Braider grease my scalp and care for my natural hair the way Toya did. I could go on and on but the best advice I can give is to book with Toya and see for yourself

Fast , friendly and slayed! My experience was great. She sends reminder emails and answers all questions in a timely manner. She’s fast and has great conversation! Her vibe is amazing. Let’s talk about my braids....I love them! She is all about hair care which I love. I take good care of my natural hair and felt very comfortable with her products and styling. My daughter and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! Elle Cee is professional, timely, and an excellent braider. She was patient with my daughter, who immediately said she wanted to go back to her the next time her hair needs to be braided. We will most definitely be repeat customers!
