  I have been a customer for five years. It was formerly known as Karfix and now is Carmotive. They were force to change their shop name due to another shop having a similar name. From the moment you walk into this place you know you are in good hands. The front office is man up by Abraham he is always greeting you with a great smile and makes you feel comfortable. He takes his time to explain everything that you car needs or might need. They don’t do any pressure sales nor try to shove any unecessary repairs unlike other shops whose only goal is to get in your wallet. The mechanic that I trust and supervices all the mechanics is Javier; he is an honest and hardworking man. He has always worked on my cars and can trust his work all the time. I never had a complain not any bad repairs. Their prices can sometimes feel a bit high but you are paying for quality work rather than a cheap fix. If you do have any issues their manager and bosses are profesional and comprehensive. They like to go above and beyond for their customers. Whenever you come in just sit relax drink some water or coffee and just wait for your baby to get fix or have her oil change. One thing I would ask is to have games or something to entertain the little ones but other that that this is the place to be.

  These guys consistently take care of me and my husband’s vehicles. They always treat us right and give us excellent service. My husband took our car there for brake issues and they went above and beyond for us. We will continue to be repeat customers and I’ll continue to refer my friends and family there. and you just can’t say that about a lot of car repair shops.

  This shop is excellent. Front desk incharge Abraham is commendable. He is quick to attend to you as you enter and explains what your car needs thoroughly. If you have any questions, he will take you to the back and let you explain what you feel is wrong. Unlike dealerships that are rude and take forever even on quick oil changes. I highly recommend this place!

  I had a great experience with the transmission fluid flush, people are honest and as expected they completed the service in a desirable time. Definitely will do business again!
