  First time requesting services from John Moore. Scheduling, responsiveness, knowledge, and customer service was outstanding. I worked with Miguel Santana for my hot water issues and I’m satisfied. They are clean, respectful, very professional, and most importantly know what they are doing. Highly recommend their services.

  So far everything has run smoothly. Everyone has acted promptly, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My initial email was quickly returned with a phone call to set up an appointment with the first available time. We were assigned Dardouk who came promptly on schedule. He checked everything and explained all options. He will be back with parts to complete the job. So far so good thanks

  I am so grateful for the expeditiously, professional and well knowledge of Mr Derrick Mourning’s work ethics. He was very kind and explained everything from the time he greeted me with a hand shake, to putting on his shoe protectors as well as keeping me well informed of what was next and the results.   Mick and his co worker we fantastic. They went above and beyond to make the AC install as easy and professional as could be. They worked nonstop from 11a until 2a to try to complete the install and explained each step as they went. Very professional , pleasant and friendly. Great representatives for your company. Have been pleased with all John Moore staff so far.
