  Raoul Cortes went above and beyond with his service. He sat down with me and explained everything step by step. I came in to refinance, and his excellent service is phenomenal. This is the reason why I bank at this bank.

  Love this location, high five to Raoul Cortes. Ever since I have been with FSCU about 5 years now I have had awesome service from Raoul. From auto refinance, new auto loan, new joint account you name it he has been there to make every process smooth and fast. I highly recommend Raoul to all family and friends that ask me where I finance my vehicles and to anyone reading this post. You will not regret it! Keep up that awesome service sir and thank you for all you do for FSCU and your customers. We really appreciate people like you.

  Raoul Cortes was so helpful to us this past week as we went to refinance our car. My husband and I walked out ecstatic to be able to do this when two other banks that we’ve been with for a long time turned us down. FSCU truly wants to help people save money. Our refinance saved us $12,000!!!!! I highly recommend FSCU!!

  I've had the pleasure over the course of merely 10 yrs of banking and loans from this branch, and I've dealt with George Cortez whom you can rest assure that he's going to get the job done. I've recommended several of my acquaintances to visit and join this branch.

  Raoul Cortes is absolutely wonderful. If there’s anything you need to resolve, this is where you go. Very good service and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend first service credit union.
