Mr. Russell is our barber and he takes pride in making sure that we are satisfied customers.

(January 30, 2019, 7:24 pm)I took my grandsons to Great News Barber shop. It was our first visit and Sherman cut their hair. He had them laughing and cutting up the whole time. Great personality and an exceptional cut. My grandsons still talk about Mr. Sherman! We will definitely be going back!

I've traveled cross the country several times and by far this is one of the only two shops that CAN do a spectacular cut. Worth EVERY cent and more. Definitely my Texas barber!!!!!

We enjoyed his company, look forward to coming back to Great News again. All three Barbers were were on duty and have high energetic characters about themselves.

(December 29, 2018, 6:55 pm)Came in on a Saturday evening for a hair & beard trim for my boyfriend. It was 30 minutes to closing but they were more than accommodating & treated us like we were the first clients of the day, not the last.
Chris has been awesome explaining everything that he's doing BEFORE he does it to make sure that my boyfriend is 100% happy. Hes also taking his time with the beard & the hair to make it look best.
Cozy little shop, very laid back and chill. I like it a lot :)
