We r new residents of Archstone Toscano and are are very pleased with everything. It's nice, pretty , has green outside spaces, clean and quiet.
This will be the perfect space to heal and rest from a medical challenge.
Also, had our first maintenance call and Jesu's the maintenance guy, was great. Friendly, courteous, yet professional..plus, he got the job done quickly. Very impressed!

Archstone Toscano is great place to live with great apartments and amenities. The office staff is very pleasant and respond very quickly to maintenance requests. We had an issue the other day in our apartment Jesus came within a fews hours and made sure that the issue was resolved and we were satisfied before leaving.
Best! I lived here for a year while going to school in the area and only moved out because we wanted to get a bit further from the city. This place is awesome and the staff treat you like family. Everything that goes bad gets fixed on time, unless you are like me and don't report your microwave's bulb that went out a month ago. Best value in the area, plus they have a free shuttle and metro stops right in front of the building. An added bonus is the parking. Pretty much every spot is elevated which came in very handy during hurricane Harvey. Plus, the complex did not lose power throughout Harvey!
My friends and I have been living here for more than a year now. We love how it feels so much like home. The apartments and amenities are nice and clean. Neighbors are friendly. This place has everything that we need and is very close to the places we frequent. Management and maintenance have all been very kind and helpful to us. We are perfectly happy here. We don’t see ourselves moving anywhere else. :-)
When our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night this summer, we called the after-hours maintenance service. Jesus was quick to respond and we are very grateful that he helped us out with such short notice in the middle of the night one weekend. He was courteous, prompt, and quick to address our problem! Very good service.
