  I got my 2013 Ford Edge fixed on today 3/6/2019
  after 6 months after I bought this car in the summer and did not check the heate. So I had to come out of my pocket and pay 1480 for a car I just got 6 months ago. And the dealership (Lone Star Chevrolet in Jersey Village Texas) They Definitely should have paid for this because they sold me the car like this with no heater working inland I had to pay out of my pocket for an Alternator. This is ridiculous ..,,..
  But I went to Russell and Smith Ford on 610 South Loop was amazing I had the greatest service and the most professional experience then ever Mr. LANCE he is amazing all you Dealerships need to go see what great service is because this man was so amazing and so professional. Go take a page out of his book because it’s awesome ????. Thanks Mr. Lance.

  Over several years we have done business with this dealership with the most recent in February of 2019 with a purchase. We have always been treated like a king and queen by all the personnel that we work with from sales, finance and service department. In the past we also have had excellent service from the service department on vehicles we have owned.   Brandon Burke was very helpful. Most of our contact was over the phone, texts, and emails. He was very responsive, helped get me exactly what I wanted for what I wanted to pay. Always made me feel comfortable and he was very respectful. He virtually had all of my paperwork ready and called me when it was time to take delivery. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
