  There are no words to describe the feeling of a lost one. Winford Funeral Home-NW is absolutely amazing. They were compassionate and provided undivided attention. We went back several times to make changes to our request. With no questions asked they made the changes and continued to provide us with support. They are professional and sincere. They didnt come across to us as if we were a business opportunity. They allowed us to follow our religious beliefs. Thank you for your support.

  This funeral home was one that we passed all the time since it has been built and when our dad passed away since it was so close to his home we figured this would be the best option. I had no idea what exactly we had to do for the funeral because it was the first time a death had occurred For us. So when I went to take a tour Brian the director greeted me and explained every single bit to me. Every question I had he answered it didn’t seem like he was hiding anything it didn’t seem like anything was fishy everything seemed legit. In Situations like this you don’t want to think about anything else except your love one and that is the part that I loved about this funeral home they take care of everything you just have to think about your love one.When the time came he was available 24/7 still answering all my questions! When they picked him up they didn’t take him anywhere else except to that facility he was never moved from the facility and I think to me that was very big because he wasn’t roaming around from mortuary to the facility then back to a mortuary to a church and then a crematory... everything was done there. They have a chapel for you they have an extra room for your family to sit in if they don’t want to be in the chapel they have a kitchen area and you don’t think about any of that stuff when the time comes but while the viewing was going on and it’s all day that you have to be there you need that stuff available to you. Another thing that Really impressed me was that the viewing is from 9-9 . That helped so much because there were family memebers that couldn’t make it in the morning but could in the evening and vise versa. I made a video full of pictures and they plugged it in their equipment along with a Spotify list of all his favorite songs and they played it in the chapel! We were allowed to bring in a mariachi group for his farewell!
  
  From all the funeral homes that we called they offer sooo much more . Yes a lot of them maybe cheaper but charge you extra for certificates , they only allow certain hours, no extra rooms and the move your family memeber around because they don’t have everything in one facility , etc. Which at the end you end up paying the same!
  
  The staff was so amazing in every step of the way!the facility was clean as can be & Brian the director was very helpful throughout this as well! And there were no extra charges!

  Brian Lee helped us at this location with my mother's funeral services. The funeral home that my mom's church originally recommended were fully booked so this was the next recommendation. I'm glad that the original funeral home was fully booked as the entire process at Winford was a pleasant one despite the circumstances. I 100% whole heartedly recommend this funeral home.
