  Back then, I lost my key and got locked out. I called Houston S Lock to see if they could dispatch anyone to come out on the same day to rekey the door lock. The locksmith- Vinnie Duong, arrived within 15 minutes and helped me out. He's solved the problem super fast, very professionally with reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

  When I shared with Ernest my for immediate lock change service, he immediately turned around and found the solution. Quick and courteous. To top it all off, the price was better than expected.

  Great guys. Turned out I had a minor problem. They fixed it quickly and didn't charge me anything!

  I bought a safe from this company and couldn't be happier about my experience. Excellent showroom and the safe movers were fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a safe.

  We have been customers for about 10 years. Yesterday however we got even better service than usual. We hit the jackpot when they sent us Vinnie. Let's be honest not all locksmiths are clean cut and super polite, and that's Ok. You just want your locks done right.
  
  But Vinnie, was as clean cut and super polite as a 5-star hotel manager. He was respectful, he listened, presented a solution and asked for our feedback. Wow, wow, wow. What an amazing guy! We now will only request Vinnie when we need more locksmith work. Anyone you get from this company will be good, but Vinnie is just a cut above. Thank you Houston safe and lock!!
