Luther hooked me up before my big work event gala. He was very professional and service was above and beyond. This was the first time I have ever had a barber experience like this. Keep up the great job Luther and again, thank you !
I was in Downtown Houston running errands, but was in need of a haircut. After quickly searching the area via Google, I came across Aware Inc. Barbershop. I called for potential openings and Luther said he was immediately available. I requested a skin fade with beard services. Upon completion, the results were great! Luther was very attentive, friendly, and skilled at his craft. Personally, if I lived closer to the downtown area I'd be happy to stop in weekly. Prices are competitive and service is great, I'd highly recommend. I'm sure I'll be stopping by in the future.
Got a haircut here last week as a walk-in when my regular barber and most others in the downtown area are closed on Monday.
The place is kind of a hole in the wall so its easy to miss as I almost walked right past it, but inside is a very spacious and professional looking barbershop.
Being a Monday, I was seated right away as I walked in. There looks to be just two barbers here (brothers), so there may or may not be longer wait times on busier days.
My barber (guy in the back room) did an excellent job on my fade and got me looking right for my meeting the next day.
Price is steep for a haircut ($45) compared to what I'm used to in midtown ($25), but I guess that's downtown for ya.
5/5, would recommend.
Lemme tell y’all something, customer service is in high demand nowadays. I don’t wanna age myself but businesses have been slippin on making sure customers are satisfied. So not the case with Luther. First of all, he’s actually personable which makes the experience feel more like going to see an old friend than receiving a service. Second, he’s really really good!! I walk outta the shop looking like the baddie that I am! 😜 Highly recommended!
Hands down the best shop we have been to since being here. Mr. Luther is a beast with the clippers and my boys love him
