  I've been looking for a bed for weeks. I spoke with Greg, whom explained in great detail my options for picking a quality mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me select the best option for my son. He didn't pressure me into just selecting any mattress but he asked questions which helped narrow down my choices. That made my experience excellent. I actually recommend him to another customer.   I was skeptical about going to this type of store because I normally purchase my mattresses from furniture stores or other multi-product stores. I had a great experience with Greg and would recommend buying a bed from him to anyone. He was very personable and readily assisted me immediately upon my entrance into the store.

  I stopped by after hurricane Harvey, to replace the bed in my master bedroom and in my child's room, to say the least I was expecting to be taken for a ride but I have to admit it was a great experience. The sales person went out of his way to be helpful and patient with me, he also did not try to oversell me and I walked out with a new bed and he gave me my kids bed for free! Excellent service and not a high pressure sale atmosphere. I would recommend Mattress One to any one who needs a new bed. I also found out they are donating over $1 million dollars plus free beds to shelters and the Red Cross for Hurricane Harvey victims.
