  3 stars is not enough credit and 4 stars is probably a bit too generous. We tried this place out for the first time last night. I enjoy Pho, and eat it typically once a week. The style of Pho served here is slightly different than my typical place, and I knew that going in. However, the Pho at Flying Pho was somewhat bland. I thought the broth could have used quite a bit more flavor. I got the beef variety. Also, we split an order of egg rolls and spam fried rice. The egg rolls were decent but the fried rice could use some work. My opinion is that this place could benefit from a little soul and flavor. On a positive note, the cashier was quite friendly and the wait time was short, but...we were the only two patrons at the time. I might go again to try a few different items on the menu, but it will likely be a while before that happens. 3.5 out of 5 stars would be my rating. Good service, but the food needs a bit of a makeover.

  Just awesome vibes in this place. The aroma of Pho broth lingering in the air. Food is amazing as well, try the egg rolls for sure.

  Food was pretty good. Service was interesting. I think it may be better for take out

  Just a heads up that Flying Pho is of the Northern style, not the typical Southern style that most are familiar with. The waiter was very knowledgeable, giving us a quick lesson on the differences between the two styles. Food was great, and there was quick service.

  Decided to try a local spots in our area. From the moment you walk, you're greeted by a friendly staff. The look of a restaurant is appealing. Good colors, clean lines.
  
  The food: Initially, I was wondering why their menu was so limited;. however, if you're going to limit your menu, you've got to be sure you deliver on the items you do carry. They did not disappoint. I had the Vietnamese Chicken . It was awesome. The chicken is brined and fried twice. The porridge is tasty and comes with cilantro, an egg that's runny (but very very tasty),
  and almonds. I am usually the type to salt my food, but didn't have to.
  For dessert, I had the butter buns. You'd have to taste them for yourself to understand how they are . They have butter that's been melting inside, and it's covered by a light coffee shell.....
  
  I enjoyed every single thing. The owners asked us about our meal . We will be back again.
  
  Note: the ONLY thing I would recommend is they have diet coke for those who don't drink regular coke.
