It's good for all levels, and the instructors know how to gauge your skills and offer modifications as necessary. I was always scared to try "reformer Pilates" because the machines scared me, but it's so much fun and the only workout I've ever actually stuck with!

(June 8, 2017, 7:40 pm)Body Rock Pilates is sure to whip you into shape. The 50 minute reformer classes go by so quickly and are a great workout. My muscles are always shaking by the end of class. The facilities are clean and simple. The instructors and front desk staff are very friendly!

Body Rock Pilates is the perfect workout to get you in shape without being too stressful on your joints or spine. On top of that, ALL of the instructors are amazing and very knowledgable in their field. I cannot recommend them enough and I send my patients there frequently!
