I was there to visit my Aunt for first time, even though she didn't want to take a bath, neither did she want to be bother, the care taker handled her with care, talked to my Aunt and constantly asking permission to bath her, I was very impressed, thank you Ms. Lynn

Love the extra level of security services. Capstone ensure that our family members are safe a secure. It’s very refreshing to know they truly care.

Serene environment, friendly staff, clean facility. My Mom was placed in a room that was a bit out dated but clean. The bed and furniture wasn't the "newest" BUT the attention and care that the nurses displayed made that seem small to a giant. I hope it stays that way. My Mom also enjoyed her first breakfast so hopefully the other meals are just as good. She was so hesitant and ready to go three hours in after arriving. She had no choice but to stay the first night and the next morning, the nurses came in all pleasant and nice and stuff (her words), which was encouraging to her to give it a chance. So one day at a time. It truly takes a special spirit to be in the profession of caring for those that can't do it for themselves. So the five stars is for the staff and the level of care they have provided so far.
