Brought my truck in for head gasket replacement and Alex went above and beyond on my repair. These guys are the best. They even gave me a loaner car until my repair was done and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. Alex and his team are number one and I can't express how happy I am that I took my truck to them and I will bring my truck back anytime I need a repair. They are the best I have ever seen in my life and so lucky that they are in business. They earn every star they got thank you so much Alex you're the best.

I was told I needed a motor for my car from two mechanic shops. I wanted to find a mechanic shop that was honest and would get the job done without causing me too much expense. That’s when I found Elite Auto. I talked to David on the phone and told him what was going on with my car. He explained to me what they’re shop was about. From his presentation I felt like I had been knowing him so I decided to get my car towed to the shop. David kept me informed about everything they were doing to my car. My car is fixed and is running very well better than I had expected it to. So with that being said I would like to recommend Elite Auto Expert to anyone who is looking for a good honest Auto Mechanic Shop. These guys do great work. My first time to Elite Auto Experts was a great experience the customer service is excellent they make you feel like family. Good vibes and also great work this is a trust worthy place. As I waited for my car customers had mentioned I brought my car to the right place that they have been customers for yrs and everyone had nice things to say. Great hospitality when waiting for service. I must give a 5 star nothing less.

Several of my co-workers rave about Elite Auto so when I had a very high estimate for a repair from another auto shop, I took it here for a second opinion. They were very thorough, they came back with the same issues but the price was $400 cheaper. Alex was the greatest guy to deal with, just over the top nice in every way. They were fast with the diagnosis and had great communication through text, email and a phone call. The thing I respected the most was that Alex validated our decision to not get the repair done and instead turn it in for a newer vehicle. I will absolutely be bringing my newer vehicle back for them to check it out before I purchase it. Everything about my experience was the best!

I am so impressed with this company! They have the best customer service I have every experienced. The family owned company and staff are truly Honest, Caring, Trustworthy and do excellent work. They are an experienced automotive company. My 2018 Honda had an issue with all the sensors going off. I took it to a Honda Dealer and they reset it but the sensors all came on again. They had no solution so I went to Elite Auto and they jumped in to access my situation having their Honda Specialist work on it. They were so patient and persistent, gave me a nice loaner car, and texted me often to update me on the progress. A NO STRESS experience! They fixed it! They gave me other suggestions for a noise I heard from my front end but never, never oversold me! All the work done was very affordable. OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO THERE YOU CAN TRUST THEM!
